The Trabanco family offer you the opportunity to get to know how cider is made in the company of this dynasty of traditional Asturian cider makers. Become acquainted with the entire process, starting out with a tractor ride around the orchards collecting apples, to then go on to discover all the different nooks and crannies and workings of the cider mill, where you will also have the chance to make your own cider.
Then, after a hard day’s work, what could be better than tasting different types of already matured cider straight from the vat, accompanied by a nice hot home-made stew expressly prepared by the resident cook just for the occasion?
Ah… and don´t forget to bring along waterproof clothing, a towel, toiletries to wash up before eating and a change of clothes to look your best at dinner!
So pencil 26th October in your diary and get ready for an enjoyable day of cider making lasting 7 hours, in groups of 2 to 25.
P.S. A rudimentary knowledge of Spanish is advisable for this activity suitable for couples, families and groups.
