It is also the longest-standing pastry shop still open, as it has just celebrated its 90th anniversary. Its major emblem is its “princesitas!, a marzipan and cream of egg yolk confectionary that has conquered Britain, the USA and Japan and which King Juan Carlo’s mother adored.
